Finding the way forward
When you’re carrying a lot across work and life, even simple decisions can feel heavy. It becomes harder to hear what matters and to trust your next step.
I offer a calm space to clear the noise, choose deliberately, and move forward with intention.
You might be here because…
From the outside, things look “sorted”: a good job, a relationship, a family. And yet something feels off in a way that’s hard to explain. “What’s wrong with me?” is something I hear often.
You did what made sense. You met expectations.
Now you’re starting to ask what actually matters to you and not just what is expected or sensible.
Since becoming a parent, you feel changed. Parts of you feel harder to access, and you’re trying to understand who you are now without losing yourself in the process.
Work takes more time and headspace than you want it to, and you're starting to question how it really fits into your life.
What working together looks like
I’ll hold the space and structure. I won’t tell you exactly what to do. Rather, I’ll help you hear your own answers more clearly, using questions, reflections, and a mix of practical and intuitive tools.
Depending on where you are, we may:
slow down, clarify what matters, and begin taking steps that align with what matters most
𓂃
notice patterns, assumptions, and the stories you’re carrying
𓂃
identify next steps you feel ready to take
The aim is not to add more to your life, but to create space, in your schedule and in your mind, so you can make decisions you can stand behind. We work with what is visible, and also with what is harder to articulate.
What may begin to shift
Depending on where you are, you may begin to notice shifts such as:
spending less time overthinking decisions and replaying conversations in your head
_____
a clearer sense of what matters to you now and what no longer needs to stay
_____
less reactivity, and more intentional choices, even in moments that used to feel overwhelming
_____
trusting yourself in your decisions, even when things are not fully clear yet
_____
being able to leave work at the office, and be more present with your loved ones when you’re home

A little about me
Hi, I’m Olina & I’m a trained life coach. Originally from Greece, I now live with my small family in Zurich, Switzerland. I know what it’s like to follow an expected path and still feel something doesn’t fit, and how life shifts can make that question impossible to ignore.
I work with people who feel stretched across many roles and want to step out of autopilot, so they can make more intentional choices about how they live and work.
Agency matters to me: creating room to choose, rather than only react.
A little about coaching
-
We get to know each other. You share what you’re navigating and what you hope might shift. I’ll explain how I work and answer your questions. Then we decide whether it feels like a good fit to work together.
-
Most people choose weekly or biweekly sessions. The overall duration depends on the series of sessions chosen and the cadence we choose together; it can vary from 2 to 6 months.
-
We’ll discuss pricing during the consultation. If it feels like a fit, we’ll agree on a series and a frequency.
-
Yes. What you share stays confidential, with the usual exceptions where disclosure is required by law or where there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else.
-
Coaching is a structured conversation that helps you slow down, think clearly, and make choices you can stand behind. You are the expert in your life; my role is to hold the space, ask thoughtful questions, and offer tools that help you surface your own insight and next steps. Coaching isn’t therapy, and it isn’t a substitute for medical, legal, or financial advice.
-
Coaching is not therapy. I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Coaching is present- and future-focused and supports clarity, decisions, and action. If you’re in acute distress, or you suspect you need clinical support, I encourage you to seek help from a qualified medical or mental health professional.
-
That’s a common starting point. You don’t need a clear goal to begin. We start with where you are, name what feels most pressing, and let clarity emerge through the process.
Start with a conversation
If you’d like, book a free 30-minute consultation. You can share what you’re navigating, ask questions, and see whether working together feels right.
I’d be genuinely happy to hear your story.
